Krembo Wings is the only inclusive youth movement in Israel. Children with severe disabilities along with non-disabled kids, come together to take part in weekly activities. In 2020, after contacting the movement, we prepared an activity that included doing hands-on science experiments and driving our robot. Our vision paid off. The lead counselor said, “No one has ever presented STEM to them like that. You made them feel so empowered”. Their reaction inspired us to continue our efforts.

In 2021, we couldn’t physically meet with the kids so we customized STEM activities based on each kid’s needs, hobbies and strengths to do at home with their counselors.
